SHARE NOW is a carsharing company reinventing mobility for personal freedom. It strives to set people in motion and to create a world where mobility is based on respect for the needs of people and the planet.

With carsharing, one does not have to buy or lease a car. SHARE NOW cars are available around every street corner. Whether one needs to rent a car for 2 minutes or 2 weeks, one can get going with just one app.

When DriveNow and car2go merged to form SHARE NOW, my main challenge as the former Head of Brand & Social Media was to manage the global merger of the two brands and lead the corresponding team transformation.

Together with our lead agency, JungvonMatt, we successfully launched the merger with a global campaign that received worldwide attention from the public and customers.

One of my main solutions during this period was to lead and develop my teams through multiple workshops and team formation activities. This helped to successfully merge the two central and several decentralized teams into one marketing department consisting of 21 people in three functional teams.

Additionally, I was able to lead the development of a fully-fledged in-house team, reducing agency costs and increasing efficiency. This was a major accomplishment for the company and helped us to continue our success in the carsharing industry.
